How Vizify handles account, usage, and workspace data.

Vizify may collect account details, authentication session data, prompts, uploaded files, chat and run history, generated artifact metadata, usage events, device and log data, support messages, and billing references from payment providers. Payment card details are handled by payment processors such as Stripe, not stored directly by Vizify.
We use information to provide agent sessions, run skills, route model requests, create and store artifacts, maintain credits and billing state, prevent abuse, secure the service, debug issues, answer support requests, and improve product quality.
Vizify may send prompts, files, context, and generated content to model providers, infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics or logging tools, and email providers when needed to operate the service. These providers process information on Vizify's behalf or under their own terms where applicable.
Artifacts are private by default unless you choose a sharing mode that makes them accessible through an unlisted link or public surface. The product is designed so sharing controls can evolve without changing the core ownership rule that user-facing reads and updates are scoped to the owning user.
We keep account, session, run, billing, and artifact information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support product history. You can ask us to delete or export your information, though some records may be retained where required by law, security, billing, or backup obligations.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Vizify data, including session controls, ownership checks, provider security controls, and limited operational access. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information. You can also stop using the service, avoid submitting sensitive content, or remove content from your account where product controls are available.
Vizify is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
